Job Summary / Mission:
? Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR functions, i.e. recruitment, training, compensation & benefits.

Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:
? Assist in recruiting & staffing, including recruiting channel sourcing and management, 1st round screening, candidates offering, on boarding and termination;
? Assist in annual training plan implementation, including training vendor sourcing and management, training logistics support, documents filing and database maintenance;
? Employee attendance tracking and management;
? Responsible for medical plan administration;
? Support employees in house hunting and work/resident permit application;
? Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

Education/Training Required:
? Diploma or University degree above, major in management or human resources

Work Experience Required:
? At least 3 years related experience in multi-national companies
? Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills:
? Good communication skills both in Chinese and in English
? Learn things quickly and can adapt well in new environment
? Good knowledge of China labor law.

Work Conditions or Specific constraints (Travel…):
? Based in Fengxian Plant.
