岗位职责：
1、车间主任对总经理负责，在公司生产副总经理领导下，全面负责车间各项管理工作
2、负责车间生产、质量、安全及设备的管理，确保各项指标的完成。
3、组织实施生产部下达的生产计划，全面完成生产任务。
4、负责车间的人身、设备安全，确保安全文明生产;
5、负责管好、用好、维护、保养好在制品、设备、附件、试剂、溶剂。
