岗位职责：

1.组织和指挥本班组的生产，带领本班组人员按质按量的完成车间下达的任务。
2.督促本班组人员自觉遵守岗位工艺操作，严格执行工艺规程和设备安全操作规程。
3.监督本班组人员的操作，负责本岗位生产过程的质量控制。
4.负责公司的各项规章制度和会议精神在本班组的贯彻执行。
5.接受上级主管的工作指令，做好上传下达，负责本班组各项工作的安排与落实。
