Responsibilities:



- Develop, lead and implement product marketing plan and activities that align with BGR Acute business goals.

- Lead product lifecycle management

- Lead branding campaign with clearly differentiated branding messages to target customers.

- Lead new product launch (monitors); work closely with global/regional and China cross function teams to ensure successful product launch on time and within budget.

- Lead and provide product training/ support to sales force and cross function teams including distributors

- Customer relationship building with national and regional KOLs

- Provide timely and actionable selling tips to salesforce based on the market/competition dynamics.





Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or above, major of marketing, and Medical/Medical device education background are preferred;

- 5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical or in medical devices with a MNC company. Sales experience, renal/ICU industry background is preferred.

- Knowledge about CRRT therapy and Acute product portfolio is preferred

- Proven track record in product portfolio/lifecycle management;

- Proven experience in new product launch

- Proven track on leading/executing complex projects with a cross-function team

- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

- Have excellent analytical, modeling, and teaching capabilities;

- Strong business acumen with ability to make decisions, set strategies and direction but also strong in following up on the execution part;

- self-motivated and results oriented leader

- Creative problem solver and fast learner;

- Excellent English skill, in speaking and writing.
