职位描述

甘肃及青海(西北区) 1名;常驻地:兰州

新疆南疆(喀什,和田,阿克苏,巴音郭勒蒙古自治州,克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州) 1名; 常驻地:南疆或乌鲁木齐,喀什或和田或阿克苏优先考虑

基本要求:
1、学历:大学本科及以上学历,机械专业优先;
2、语言技能:英语四级以上;
3、经验:有3年以上销售经验,有工程机械机械销售经验、分销渠道开发及管理经验优先;
4、能接受经常出差,独立工作能力强;
5、岗位职能:
1)、向区域销售经理汇报工作;
2)、负责辖区内移动式空压机、发电机、破碎锤及轻型路面设备及工具的整机及备件销售;
3)、直销及渠道销售并行;
4)、完成区域经理制定的目标;
5)、支持/培训分销商;
6)、提高区域内的市场份额和客户份额;
7)、确保合同完整执行及款项及时收回。

Position: Area Sales Engineers
Report to Regional Sales Manager
Responsible area:
1 (one) for Gansu and Qinghai province -Northwest area, Location: Lanzhou, China
1 (one) for South Xinjiang province -Northwest area, Location: South Xinjiang or Wulumuqi, prefer Kashi, Hetian, Kuerle, Akesu

Mission
To meet sales target by implementation of sales activities in the assigned region.

Job description
- Be responsible for Portable Compressor, Generator, Hydraulic Attachment of Construction Tool, light construction equipment, and the parts sales in the assigned region.
- To achieve the target through individual efforts and distributors’ network.
- To approach new customers and distributors and establish a consolidated sales channel network in the assigned area.
- To organize and supply training to key account customers and distributors.
-To be responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy and contract implementation fully.
- To improve marketing share and customer share in the assigned areas.

Experience requirements
- More than 3 years’ experience in machinery sales, with construction machinery equipment sales or channel development and management experience would be a plus.

Educational requirements
- College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
Personality requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
- Willing to travel.
