Major Duties & Responsibilities:
I. OBJECTIVE
The Project Manager for Customer Solution, under the leadership, coaching and development plan from Customer Solutions and Marketing Director, is responsible for lead/coordinate NIP, PIP, CIP, Pharmaco-economy study projects for Prevenar public market.
在客户解决方案及市场总监的领导、指导及发展计划下，客户解决方案项目经理负责领导/协调沛儿在公费市场的NIP\PIP\CIP以及药物经济学项目。

II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• MUST working under legal permit between CHINA Mainland and US, MUST following the global COMPLIANCE and company’s policy.
• 一定要在中国大陆和美国法律允许下工作，一定要符合全球合规以及公司的政策。
• According to customer solutions project plan, the manager should well manage the quality and process of the project.
• 根据客户解决方案项目计划，此经理需要很好的管理项目的质量及进度。
• Coordinated with internal multi-disciplinary team, the manager should maintenance the professional relationship with external key stakeholders of the projects.
• 协调内部的各团队，此经理应与项目涉及的外部利益相关者保持职业的关系。
• Coordinate with internal stakeholder, the manager should identify the key issues or potential issues for the projects. The project manager should be the initiator to solve the issues.
• 通过与内部利益相关者的协调，此经理应该辨别有关项目关键的或潜在的问题。此项目经理应该作为解决这些问题的发起人。
• Support regional customer solution managers to develop and/or manage regional projects.
• 支持区域客户解决方案经理发展并管理区域项目
• To develop creative and cost effective strategic for project management.
• 发展创造性地、高性价比的项目管理策略。
• Surface and keep pace with project quality and process related issues through monthly interaction with internal multi-disciplinary team.
• 通过每个月与协作团队的沟通，确认与项目相关的质量与流程的问题。
III. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

IV. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
A. EDUCATION
• Bachelor degree in medical, pharmaceutical, economics & management or public policy is required.
• 学士学位以上的医学、制药、经济管理或公共政策等专业。

B. EXPERIENCE
• Working experience in multi-national pharmaceutical company more than 5 years. More than 3 years marketing experience is preferred.
• 在跨国制药公司工作5年以上工作经验。3年以上市场工作经验更佳。
• Project management experience, especially leading cross function team, in multi-national pharmaceutical company.
• 在跨国公司的项目管理经验，特别是领导过多部门协作团队经验。
• Mature professional with demonstrated track record of achievement and delivering on commitments.
• 成熟的职业经验并有可追溯的对于承诺达成的成果。
• Established track record of coalition building in complex environments.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi disciplinary teams in environment of ambiguity and innovation
