Job description:

Responsible to achieve the target sales revenue based on commercial policy
Report to Regional Sales Supervisor

Territory Management and implementation of management market strategy

- Responsible for ASR Shanghai
- Improve market share for all ASR products
- Improve Key Account management to increase CUSTOMER SHARE
- Further develop our existing and new indirect sales channels, establish a solid and active distributor network.
- Approach new distributors and potential market, listen to and identify customers’ needs, and provide them optimized solution and support
- Develop direct sales, and seek for new potential market
- Carry out market investigation and provide relevant market information.
- Keep good relationships with customers and distributors.
- Look through and confirm the contract and decide the price and payment condition of products within the authorized limits.
- Seek for sales growth keeping good control of costs development
- Safeguard that Distributors and Customers will respect the terms of future sales contracts (Payment Terms).

Self-management

- Follow up the sales force within your territory.
- Ensure sales forces are focusing on all divisional business.
- Good learning skill & self-motivated.
- Good time management skill.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) should be daily used.
- Take immediately action whenever you get the mission from your supervisor.

Coordination with Marketing & CRS team members

- Interact with ASR and CRS team members to provide the best solutions and service to customers and distributors.
- Deliver an over-satisfied service to customer as Atlas Copco vision: “First in Mind, First in Choice”.
- Provide feedback and information on products quality, product trends and competitors development to the Marketing and Management of ASR.


Mission
Implementation of all divisional business strategies and activities with ambitious goals to maximize customer values of Atlas Copco Specialty Rental in your territory.

- Implement the sales and marketing actions from your supervisor in your territory to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Get enough marketing information to promote the Entire Product Portfolios of ASR in your territory.
- Reach target of daily visit number.
- Collect and fill all valuable information in Sales Force System or Sales Tools.

Major responsibilities description
- To mainly develop prospective end-user customers for direct sales revenue
- To develop and support specialized indirect sales channels
- To target all ASR market segments in coordination with related Business Development Manager and marketing
- To follow up all sales relevant steps (proposal, contract, order, invoice and payment)
- To make correct and effective use of sales tools
- To comply with company business rules
- To plan and organize sales activities effectively and report to Business Development Manager weekly and monthly
- Seek for synergy business opportunities and keep intimate cooperation with other divisions or even business areas in a constructive way
- To monitor movements and performance of competition and deepen understanding of competitive landscape in assigned territory
- To track customer calls and provide reports accordingly
- To promote “Predictable Power” core values at customer and distributor sides by continuous training
- To build rapport with local after service team and increase customer satisfaction

Candidate profile
Education
- University degree or above with a major in mechanical engineering or others related

Experience:
- More than 3 year experience on industrial solution sales position
- Selling experience in or previous customers are Petrochemical and Refineries markets is preferred.

Knowledge
- Good computer skill (PowerPoint / Excel / Word, etc…)
- Fluent in Mandarin, English skill would be a strong plus.

- Ambitious personality with excellent commercial and negotiating skills
- Proactive and target-driven and self-motivated
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and change
- Self-disciplined with good team spirit
