职位描述：
1.Controlling the drawings and documents efficiently and searching information for the other department. 对部门图纸和文件进行有效管控并且协助其他部门查询相关信息。
2.Releasing the technical information to the other departments and updating the drawing and document library accordingly。下发技术资料给其他部门并且相应更新图纸文件库。
3.Transferring the ECN to the other departments and releasing the BOMs and drawings in system according to the ECN. 负责下发ECN 给其他部门，并且在系统内批准物料清单和图纸。
4.Be responsible for the BOM and drawings release process in system， communicate with Spain Merak to solve the system problem on time. 负责物料清单和图纸在系统内的批准，保持和西班牙的沟通以保证及时解决系统问题。
5.Perform appointed task in Windchill and handle system issue. Winchill系统内任务操作和系统问题解决。
6.Be responsible for applying and maintaining the permission of the engineering folder. 负责工程部文件夹权限的申请和维护。
7.Perform other duties as assigned perfectly. 很好的完成临时指派的任务。


任职要求：
1.Junior college in any discipline or above. 大专学历及以上, 专业不限。
2.One year working experience in document and system data management。1年以上对文件及系统数据的管理经验。
3.Good ability of office software. 熟练运用office办公软件。
4.High sense of responsibility and good communication ability. 高度的责任感和良好的沟通能力。
5.Good English both in oral and written 良好的英语口语及读写能力。
6.Perfer to be familiar with windchill system。 熟悉Windchill者优先。

Merak Jinxin Air Conditioning Systems (Wuxi) CO. Ltd, is a plant founded in June, 2008, which is a JV owned company in China invested by Jinxin Group and Merak Spain, belonging to Knorr-Bremse Group, with research and development, production, sales and after-sales set in one -scale enterprise. It specializes in onboard air conditioning system related with metro and railway vehicles. We have Long experiences and references both in European & Chinese Markets, involving products ranges covering all kind of markets and fully understand the needs of different customers.
