Responsibilities:

1 As assistant to local engineer, trouble-shooting to fleet problems;

协助售后服务工程师解决列车上的产品问题；

2 Assigned by supervisor or local engineer, repair and exchange of defect parts;

根据主管及现场工程师分配的工作任务，进行故障配件的维护及更换；

3 Normal maintenance work;

产品的日常维护；

4 Attend technical and operational meeting with customer when necessary;

必要情况下和客户一起参加技术及操作检查会议；

5 Report to local engineer and supervisor immediately about problems;

将发现的问题及时汇报反馈给上级主管及售后服务工程师；

6 Make regular and clear report;

给上级主管进行常规汇报；



Requirements:

1 Technical secondary school or above;

中专或中专以上学历；

2 Have electrical basic knowledge, mechatronics;

具备基本的电气知识和机电一体化的相关知识；

3 Over 3 years working experience in a shop floor or customer service area, and working experience in railway industry is preferred;

在工厂中或客户服务领域有超过3年的工作经验；有铁路行业工作经验优先；

4 Strong communication ability and problem solving skills;

很强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力；

5 Able to work at night shift;

能够从事夜班工作；

6 Able to work in depot or customer site;

能够在火车站及客户现场工作；
