Responsibility:

Responsible for data of jigs and equipment devices, tools for operation and test. Cooperate with purchasing department to choose the supplier./负责确定制造过程工艺装备参数,协助采购部门选择供货商。

-Continuous improve manufacture method, technical process. Adopt advanced equipment /不断改进制造方法，工艺流程，采用先进的工艺装备

-Take charge of the test device, tools and jigs. Maintain all test devices. /测试设备、工具、工装清单管理，对实验设备维护。

- Excellent in operating all test devices, tools and equipment and do test according to the test instruction. Able to train all the worker to do the test./熟练使用各种测试设备、工具、工装根据测试指 导对产品进行测试，并能够培训工人做同样的测试。

- create and update SAP. /维护SAP。

- Train the workers./培训工人。

- Deal with NCR./处理NCR。

- Provide help for production./为生产提供技术支持。

- Fulfill other task required by supervisor/完成部门经理安排的工作。

- Daily KPS 日常KPS

- ECO coordinator

- PFMEA

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Electrical major;

-Minimum of 3years of working experience related to Electrical test (Experience related to train system is preferred)

-Basic English reading, writing and speaking ability

-Manufacture method and controlling ability

-Jig designing by CAD software

-Packing designing and cost controlling ability

-Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
