Responsiblity 岗位职责:

1.Suplier quality monitor and management.

供应商质量监控和管理。

2.Annual supplier system audit and process audit, new supplier audit, follow actions for all findings.

年度供应商体系审核和过程审核；新供应商审核；跟踪整改措施和审核发现。

3.Support supplier in understanding drawings and technical specifications, routine test before product release.

产品释放前支持供应商理解图纸、技术规范和常规试验等。

4.Lead and orgainize FAI , follow actions from supplier if deviations.

引导和组织FAI，供应商质量发生偏离时，跟踪整改措施。

5.Provide technical support to suppliers and follow up the engineering changes, confirm the action and findings.

提供技术支持给供应商，跟踪工程更改，确认整改措施和审核发现。

6.Support sourcing engineering to rate supplier in technical aspects.

协助采购工程师从技术的角度对供应商进行评价。

7.Follow up the quality improvement plan for the nonconformance materials and customer compliants.

针对不合格物料和客户抱怨，跟踪供应商质量改进计划。

8.Follow up corrective and preventive (8D) report.

跟踪纠正预防措施（8D报告）。

9.Push and support supplier reduce defective rate.

推进和支持供应商降低不合格率。

10.Support customer release the products at supplier site.

协助客户在供应商处的产品放行。

11.Other tasks assgined by manager.

经理安排的其它任务。

Qualification 任职要求:

1.Have knowage and experience at HVAC, Supplier Quality Management and Improvement,Experience of Quality tools

and audit.

铁路空调经验；供应商质量管理和改进；熟悉相关质量工具和审核。

2.Have knowage at supplier evaluate and audit.

熟悉供应商评估和审核。

3.Be familiar with quality tools , such as APQP, SPC, FMEA, MSA etc.

熟练使用质量工具，如 APQP, SPC, FMEA, MSA等。

4.Be familiar with HVAC production and manufacture process.

熟悉空调产品和制造流程。

5.Be familiar with nonconformance process, follow up the root cause and prevention.

熟悉不合格品流程，跟进根本原因和预防措施。

6.Be familiar with supplier improvement and prevention.

熟悉供应商改进和预防。

Merak Jinxin Air Conditioning Systems (Wuxi) CO. Ltd, is a plant founded in June, 2008, which is a JV owned company in China invested by Jinxin Group and Merak Spain, belonging to Knorr-Bremse Group, with research and development, production, sales and after-sales set in one -scale enterprise. It specializes in onboard air conditioning system related with metro and railway vehicles. We have Long experiences and references both in European & Chinese Markets, involving products ranges covering all kind of markets and fully understand the needs of different customers. We use Knorr Production System (KPS) and SAP management System as advanced management concepts, and implement the quality system standard for instance EN, ISO, DIN, NFF, BS, GB, and etc in high manufacturing and Global Standardization Manufacture Philosophy.
