岗位职责：
1、根据项目需求，提供项目现场实施、项目管理与过程监控，确保项目进程；
2、对各项目实施方法、实施策略、实施方案提出合理化建议，确保项目按质按时验收；
3、熟悉业务，熟悉产品，实施过程给予各项目规划、培训、上线各阶段指导，保障项目顺利进行；
4、掌握产品，能为公司人员提供业务和产品培训。
5、按标准撰写各种实施文档；
6、提供合理化建议，优化使用效果；
7、精通博科的ERP产品。

任职资格：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、财管等相关专业；
2、具有1年以上ERP软件项目的实施和项目管理经验，独立负责过财务、生产、供应链、预算至少一个领域的全程实施者优先；
3、熟悉sqlserver、oracle数据库、及sql语言；
4、熟悉物流、财务、预算或生产至少一种管理模式和业务流程；
5、熟悉ERP理论知识，有财务知识者优先；
6、具有很强的沟通和协调能力，工作认真负责，承受较强的工作压力；
7、性格开朗，具有良好的团队合作精神，能胜任工作所需的加班和短期出差。
