Responsibilities
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:

- Strictly follow the company core values and business conduct, to ensure regional sales target achieved or more.

- Make full use of all the resources of the region, to do the effective visiting, the product introduction and the promotional activities.

- To maintain and manage the products' market price in terminal system.

- To complete regional urban development plans, to explore potential cities and business opportunities

- Keep in close communication and cooperation with the local retail dealership, develop more potential customers together with respective resource advantages.

- Establish and maintain the healthy working relationships with colleagues, other departments and the partner of the company, so as to establish a high-performance unit.

- To provide the reference for a strategic plan for the company, collect and feedback the market trend, the development status and the competitors' activities in time.

- Regular follow-up visit to supervisors and representatives to improve the teaching ability, complete performance evaluation, set the target and expectations each quarter.

- Work together with the manager to the hiring and training of the retail business cooperative representatives and POA related promotion.

- Allot /use/control the regional resources and budget according to company policy.

- To provide support for sales, harmonize all the other departments in strict accordance with company procedures, department regulations and other work rules.

- Attend the meetings on time, submit the related work reports timely according to the requirements.

Qualifications
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree or above

- Excellent Interpersonal skill

- Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.

- Strong planning and implementation skills, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent at team work.

- Self- motivated, positive and responsible.

- Capability to communicate effectively in English, and good at office software.

- At least 2 years related working experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred
