Major responsibilities:

Implementation of divisional market strategy
市场细分战略的实施
- To be responsible for Hydraulic Attachment sales of Construction Tool and achieve sales target by individual effort and distributor network.
负责建筑技术工具液压辅助工具的销售,通过个人努力和分销网络达成销售目标。
- To equip self with excellent product and application knowledge.
具备丰富的产品和应用知识
- To develop new distributors and establish a consolidated sales channel network.
发展新的分销商并在区域内建立整合的销售网络
- To provide timely and accurate sales, market and competitors information to the Business Line Manager.
向业务线经理提供及时、准确的市场和竞争对手信息。
- To organize the training of product technical sales skill to key account customers and distributors.
组织大客户和分销商的产品技术培训
- To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and distributors in the territory to advance the selling efforts.
在区域内发展和强化与客户和分销商良好的工作关系,以提升销售业绩
Co-ordination with product, aftermarket, logistic and credit team
与产品、售后、物流和信用控制团队合作
- To interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers.
影响售后团队以向客户提供良好的售后服务
- To keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine's delivery orderly.
与物流团队保持良好的关系以确保设备如期交付
- To communicate with product team in obtaining product support.
与产品团队保持良好的沟通以获取产品支持
- To be responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
负责客户的回款,遵守公司信用政策

Job requirements:
任职要求:
- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
大学或以上学历,机械工程或相关专业
- More than 2 years experience in machinery sales.
2年以上机械相关产品的销售经验
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
突出的人际交流和谈判技巧,良好的团队合作精神,自我激励,目标导向和工作热情。
- Willing to travel.
愿意经常出差

工作地点:杭州、浙江、福建、广州等地均可
