-Be responsible for compressor equipment sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and dealer network.
负责压缩机设备的销售，并通过努力和分销网络达成区域销售目标
-To approach new customers and distributors in the assigned industry.
在所负责的区域和行业里发展新客户和分销商
-To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager.
向销售经理提供及时、准确的销售和市场信息。
-To organize technical training to key account customers and dealers.
组织大客户和分销商参加技术培训。
-To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers in the territory to advance the selling efforts.
通过在区域内发展并加强与客户和分销商的良好的工作关系以提高销售绩效
Co-ordination with product, aftermarket, logistic and credit team
与产品、市场、物流和信用控制团队合作
-To interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers.
通过影响售后团队以向客户提供良好的售后服务
-To keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine’s delivery orderly.
与物流团队保持良好的关系以确保设备及时交付
-Communication with product team in obtaining product support.
与产品团队沟通以获取产品支持
-Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
负责客户回款，遵守公司信用政策。

Job requirements:
任职要求：
-University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
大学或以上学历，机械设备或相关专业
-More than 3 years experience in machinery sales.
3年以上设备销售领域的工作经验
-Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
人际沟通能力强，良好的团队合作精神，自我激励，目标导向及工作热情
-Willing to travel.
