MISSION:
？ Under the responsibility of-IPU Manager, the holder manages components purchasing in the expected prices, quality and delivery, in order to suit the production needs and services
POSITION RESPONSIBLITY:
？ Ensure timely indirect procurement activities to meet daily operation needs
？ Achieve cost saving target by implementing category project and Purchasing plan
？ Be responsible for the procurement result for certain category
？ Request for Quote/Proposal/Information (RFQ/P/I)
？ Lead of new Suppliers Approval and Qualification
？ Mange contract documents and file contracts in system timely
？ Execute Non-productive material/service purchasing activities from local or overseas suppliers according to VeoneerIPU procedure
？ Non-productive material and service supplier sourcing and development, place order after price and terms negotiation
？ Purchasing Order On Time delivery and satisfy Service Level and Quality to Site/Plant
？ Solve payment or quality issues related to indirect material purchasing
？ Keep the supplier information and price information accurate and updated in ERP-QAD
？ Yearly price negotiation on standard indirect materials
？ Finish indirect material related purchasing reports.
？ Other tasks assigned IPU Manager
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
？ Diploma: Bachelor Degree in engineering or business administration
？ Working Experience: 5+ years’ experience in a purchasing department. Demonstrated knowledge in the sourcing of Indirect materials and services preferred
？ Language: Excellent written and verbal English language skills required
