Responsibilities
? Weekly CLC Meeting
Work with Account Fleet to collect and coordinate the latest door status with RPOC Fleet Tracking Template.
Drive the whole process to open new doors as well as renovation doors on time under flawless execution.
Tightly track on key doors status in system and well co-work with GC peers, make sure whole process is on-going.
Communicate with Marketplace Planning team to call out the problems encountered in the process of door opening and update the status in Weekly CLC Meeting.
? Seasonal Door Plan
Communicate with Marketplace Planning Team to get the latest applying policy of Seasonal Door Plan.
Share the No Go List & Landlord List with Account Fleet and collect & coordinate Seasonal Door Plan.
Feedback to Marketplace Planning Team before deadline.
Review the comments of Seasonal Door Plan.
Call out if any question or get the final allocations and move forward.
? In Season Door Plan
Analyze the performance of the existing doors of RPOC and the trade zone development trend and explore the opportunities for the renovation and upgrade.
Cooperate with Marketplace Planning Team to make fleet plan and seek to new door opportunity base on the GEO’s development plan.
Work with store design team on latest basic site condition guardrail and updated criteria of new concept.
Work with Account Fleet for the new door information, and to advise on location, concept base on Nike strategy and development policy. Apply in STARS on time.
Requirements of this role
? More than 3 years' working experience
? University degree or above
? Intermediate or above in English, basic level or above use of power point and excel
? Sales experience in sports or retail related industry
? Rich knowledge of financial analysis and business planning
? Ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action
