SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
- According to the company's requirements, formulate market objectives and budgets, formulate user strategies, work on the overall strategy and implementation plan in the b-end brand market, and complete the corresponding growth objectives

- According to the market demand and changes, combined with the company's brand positioning, product design style, regional characteristics and market information, carry out the external content operation and publicity output of B & C end market, and be responsible for the overall project volume

- In depth business needs and characteristics, through data analysis, productization, operation rules and other means, and cooperate with the product team to achieve the rapid growth of the overall business

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):
? Bachelor’s degree and above
? Minimum 3 years of B&C (B端和C端) operation experience
? Master rich industry knowledge, understand the current situation of Internet + industry, and understand offline and online integration
? Have good summary awareness and analysis habits, and be good at promoting the improvement of product experience and user satisfaction;
? Have strong project management and project execution ability, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate across departments and teams;
? Strong sense of responsibility, unremitting spirit, positive and optimistic personality, good service awareness, learning ability, pressure resistance and teamwork spirit;
? Successful cases of online and offline connection are preferred
