KEY RESPONSIBILITIES in bullet points
The successful applicant will be responsible to:
?Perform pre-process for client instruction include signature verification, client call back and etc.
?Distribute incoming MT103 to clients for further declaration and perform supporting documents check in line with local regulatory requirement and internal sanction policy
?Perform ‘Department Control Function Checklist’ log to ensure the completeness and correctness of daily work
?Support other branches payment processing
?Maintain high level of (internal and external) client focus and customer service excellence while clearly following rules/regulations/policies/procedures.
?Other assignment required by manager, other administrative and clerical supports

The role will include:
?Liaise with Sales, Customer service, IB Operations, Loan Operations and DB clients
?Closely co-operation and communication with Middle Office and Operations staffs in other branches.

SELECTION CRITERIA education and skills, languages etc
?University Degree
?relevant experience in a similar field
?Professional knowledge in regulation of PBOC/SAFE regulations for foreign exchange business or RMB X-border business will be an advantage.
?Good general PC skills with exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel
?Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
?Ability to focus and prioritize in high-pressure environment
?Attention to details is essential
?Confident and a team player

本科及以上
1年相关财务（银行）工作经验优先
可考虑应届毕业生（金融，国际贸易专业相关）
大学英语四级优先，能适应英语书面工作环境
