Key Accountabilities


1.Pre-Sales & After-Sales Consulting
· Working closely with the Sales teams to consult and educate customers on the health and nutritional benefits of each product
·Develop technical communications and materials to assist the Sales teams and to help customers understand each product in greater detail
·Work in partnership with Trade Marketing to advise on technical communications and interpretations


2.Customer Engagement & Brand Awareness
·Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all customers, all channels
·Constantly look for opportunities to build closer relationships with sales teams and customers, tailoring scientific communications to support business growth
·Support resolution of customers' queries or complaints through direct action and collaboration with functional team
·Differentiate Royal Canin brand from competition through strong and continual 2-way education with customers
·Continually develop and share knowledge of products and other technical-related information


Key Functional Skills/ Knowledge
·Strong influencing and coaching ability, imparting knowledge in a concise and effective manner
·Strong logical thinking ability, deliberate questioning in a comprehensive, thorough manner, able to maintain balance & principle persistence
·Experience on team management and influencing other departments, to unite & lead the business to achieve predetermined/predefined targets
·Strong ability in handling customer relations, superior negotiation ability, can solve questions & challenges encountered from work in a timely manner
·Strong organizing & coordination ability, able to consolidate company's information & convert to competitive advantage
Key Experiences
·Masters Degree in Vet Science, majoring in Animal Medicine or Nutrition
·Excellent influencing and training skills, ability to impart knowledge and inspire others
·Strong customer relationship experience, working in close partnership with key stakeholders including customers, distributors, internal functions and suppliers.
·Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial.
· Fluent English and Putonghua, reading and writing
