职位描述

1、 经销商推广

- 开发经销商网络；

- 掌握目标区域其他经销商的情况，提供经销商优化候选人；

- 辅助经销商提高经营水平和对我司的忠诚度；

- 定期监督经销商经营状况，及时反馈；

- 与经销商维持良好的业务关系。

2、 销售工作

- 根据公司的要求制定并有效执行年度和季度销售计划，完成管辖区域的销售任务指标；

- 及时跟踪与客户的合同签订、货款回收、收货确认等；

- 根据周计划和客户要求电话或拜访客户；

- 及时准确更新SAP数据录入。

3、 客户管理：建立客户档案，开发跟进所在区域的潜在客户，重点服务VIP客户。

4、 市场推广：执行区域内进行LＵＴＺ产品市场销售推广工作。安排演示和面谈服务等工作。

5、 销售支持

- 保证公司销售信息的完整性并顺畅传递，根据客户、区域销售业绩进行分析，积极提出合理建议，推动销售积极向上发展。

- 所在区域产品报价和经销商客户跟踪，合同管理等销售管理工作。

- 定期做出周报和月报，并汇报给上级主管。

6、 信息管理

- 搜集市场信息，包括竞争对手、竞争品牌、以及客户的各项反馈信息，及时将竞争对手在特定区域的活动通知管理层，为公司的市场策略提供依据。

岗位要求

1、大学专科及以上学历，机电类、工程类、机械类、电气自动化、排水、暖通等相关类等相关专业；

2、有不断学习及了解公司销售的所有产品知识的能力，并可独立开展销售工作，热忠于团队合作；

3、相貌端正，仪表大方，良好的沟通能力，工作责任心强，语言表达能力强，热情开朗，积极上进；

4 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力优先考虑；

5、熟练使用办公软件；

6、1年以上工业产品销售经验，2年及以上经销商销售管理经验，在泵、流量计、机械、工程等相关方面工作经验优先；

7、有相关客户资源者优先考虑。
