Make patients satisfied with the installing, maintaining and troubleshooting on the APD device

Help patients adapt to live with APD &RPM therapy,
expecially during first 90 days after dialysis.
Responsibility:

1) Fast on-site installation

2) Quick on-site troubleshooting

3) Increase problem resolution rate

4) Tracking and caring patients life experience with APD therapy, especially on device use

5) Increase customer satisfaction

Job Requirement:
1) University degree or
above,
2) Minimum
5 years working experience in medical device industry, engineer background;
3) Demonstrate

4) Product instrall, maintainence and troubleshooting knowledge;
5) Team player with excellent
interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
