主要工作职责:

Position Responsibility Summary:

  

1. 制定来料检验标准以及对来料检验员培训和指导;

    Set up incoming materials inspection standards, train and coach IQC inspectors.

2. 确保检验人员按规定实施检验，保证材料质量；

    Ensure IQC inspectors carry out incoming inspection according to inspection standards, make sure the quality of materials is qualified.

3. 对来料检验记录的审核，确保检验项目与规范要求一致；

    Review the inspection records of incoming materials to ensure the inspection items are consistent with the specifications

4. 对生产制程来料品质异常与IQC来料检验的数据，进行分析，推动质量改善；

    Analyze the abnormal quality of incoming materials in the production process and the data of IQC incoming materials inspection, and improve quality level.

5. 适时对供应商的生产制程进行监督稽核，监督供应商的改善活动；

    Audit suppliers' production processes timely, supervise suppliers to improve.

6. 与供应商沟通不合格物料处理；

    Communicate with suppliers on the handling of unqualified materials

7. 来料检验岗位的设备、工装的调试、制作，保证来料检验工作按时按量完成

    Debugging and production of equipment and tooling for incoming inspection posts to ensure that incoming inspections are completed on time and in quantity

8. 协助分析、处理和解决客户质量问题，满足内、外部客户的质量需求，不断提高产品质量满意度；

    Assist to analyze, handle and solve customer quality problems, meet the quality requirement of internal and external customers, and continuously improve product quality satisfaction

9. 供应商年度质量状况进行考核；

    Assess the supplier's annual quality status.

10. DCN/ECN变更过程中，对在库与在途物料处理的执行情况与切换状况，进行跟进;

    During the DCN/ECN change process, follow up on the execution and switching status of material handling in warehouse and in transit;

11. 定期完成来料检验周报和月报数据汇总

    Complete weekly and monthly data summary of incoming material inspection regularly

12. 完成其他交办的工作。

    Other duties as assigned.
