工作职责:

主要职责 Role Responsibilities

在新车间，参与DP车间新产品的技术转移，掌握产品生产工艺

Participate of execution of DP technical transfer in new facility and understanding manufacturing process.

能够在指导下协助起草生产文件，例如，批记录，工艺规程等

Assist to draft documentation such as batch records, procedures, and validation reports.

协助审核批记录和生产记录

Assist to review batch record and other manufacturing record.

协助生产车间团队和本地团队进行跨职能合作，解决问题并推动改进。

Assist to cross-functionally with local team to troubleshoot/resolve issues and drive improvement.

***时间上报不良事件，并且协助调查。提交纠正预防措施和持续改进，确保提高生产效率，降低生产成本

Report adverse event at first time and assist to participate to investigations. Provide CAPA and continuous improvement. Drive changes that support “Right first time”, efficiency, and/or reduced costs.

能够发起变更控制

Submission change control.

熟悉DP车间的工艺设备，并可以依据培训材料对新员工提供培训

Familiar with DP process equipment and procedures, provide training to new employee in accordance training material.

基于本岗位，提供审计支持

Provide audit support as process engineer.

任职资格:

任职资格 Qualification

教育程度/经验 Education/Experiences

本科及以上学历，药剂/药学相关专业，2年及以上无菌制剂产品生产经验

At minimum bachelor is required, Biotech/pharmacy/Chemistry or equivalent major. At least 2 year experience of aseptic operation is required for bachelor degree.

Or master, Biotech/pharmacy/Chemistry or equivalent major.

特别知识/技能 Specific Knowledge & Skills

良好的英语口语和写作沟通能力、有一定的计算机基础知识、具有团队合作精神
