岗位职责：

1、跟踪大数据领域发展趋势，市场竞争态势，行业诉求，并制定数据相关产品的切入方向；

2、负责部门数据相关项目包括数据中台、大数据平台、数据仓库等的技术体系架构、数据架构的设计、研发；

3、负责相关数据产品及模型的研发、优化和维护；

4、指导及培训新人。

任职要求：

1、掌握数据仓库理论知识，对数据处理、数据建模、数据分析等有深刻认识和实战经验；

2、参与过中大规模数据类项目的建设，对大数据平台有一定的架构理解和设想；

3、精通SQL语言开发技能，并具有sql调优能力，熟悉常见存储技术；

4、熟悉Hadoop大数据处理系统的开发,搭建及部署，有1年以上大数据处理实际开发优化经验（hadoop、spark,、Flink、ElasticSearch、hive、hbase）；

5、有较强学习能力，能快速理解及分析客户需求，设计适合企业应用的数据模型和解决方案；

6、了解典型数据挖掘工具，熟练应用各种分类聚类算法，熟悉各种相关性算法，回归算法，具有数据挖掘算法开发经验；

7、有自然语言处理、深度学习机器学习、用户画像、信用系统、海量数据系统开发经验优先；

8、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业。
