职位描述

1、销售工作

- 根据公司的要求制定并有效执行年度和季度销售计划，完成管辖区域的销售任务指标；

- 完成客户拜访数量；

- 及时跟踪与客户的合同签订、货款回收、收货确认等；

- 积极提出合理意见，以协助成功与KA谈判；

- 开发潜在的经销商；

- 协调和管理代理商以达到销售目标。

2、客户管理：建立客户档案，开发跟进所在区域的潜在客户，重点服务VIP客户。

3、市场推广：执行区域内进行LＵＴＺ产品市场销售推广工作。安排演示和面谈服务等工作。

4、销售支持

-保证公司销售信息的完整性并顺畅传递，根据客户、区域销售业绩进行分析，积极提出合理建议，推动销售积极向上发展；

-所在区域产品报价和客户跟踪，合同管理等销售管理工作；

-定期做出周报和月报，并汇报给销售主管；

-将所有的客户信息录入SAP系统并及时更新。在SAP系统中进行活动、机会、报价、订单等系列客户信息资料。

5、信息管理

-搜集市场信息，包括竞争对手、竞争品牌、以及客户的各项反馈信息，及时将竞争对手在特定区域的活动通知管理层，为公司的市场策略提供依据。

6、团队建设

-参与区域销售会议及全国年度销售会议；

-参与区域及贸易展览会。

岗位要求

1、大学专科及以上学历，机电类、工程类、机械类等相关专业；

2、有不断学习及了解公司销售的所有产品知识的能力，并可独立开展销售工作；

3、相貌端正，仪表大方，良好的沟通、组织、协调能力，工作责任心强，语言表达能力强，热情开朗，积极上进；

4、熟练的英语口语和书面表达能力优先考虑；

5、熟练使用办公软件；

6、8年以上制造业销售产品经验，有泵业、机械业和机电业销售经验优先。
