KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Execution of government strategy for inclusion of Prevenar into immunizations programs and support for private market

· Develop regional plan aligning with National Strategy and adapted for local execution
· Drive project management of CIP/PIPs by coordinating internal multi-disciplinary team and leading interaction with external stakeholders
· Manage regional key stakeholders including but not limited to KDMs in CDCs, BOH, MCHCH
· Identify agendas and priorities of KDM, providing input for development of government strategy
· Map regional KDMs (policy makers vs. administrators vs. influencers). Develop new relationship as required to drive business
· Surface and keep pace with local level policy related issues through monthly interaction with regional Sales teams
· Provide training to enable Sales team to identify and surface policy issues
· Collaborate with RPM to align regional government strategy with regional marketing plans
· Coordinate PAP, Marketing and Medical to manage regional KDMs

Experience
Mature professional with demonstrated track record of achievement and delivering on commitments
Experience in creating innovative solutions and/or creating new markets for products/services within the pharmaceutical sector; key account management know-how at a provincial level would be desirable
Established track record of coalition building in complex environments
Demonstrated ability to lead multi disciplinary teams in environment of ambiguity and innovation
Minimum 4-5 years experience combined in public policy, government relations, or corporate affairs is required or same duration of successful leadership experience at a program level; senior sales, marketing and/or government affairs background is preferred

Education
· Bachelor degree in medical, pharmaceutical, economics & management or public policy is required
