Marketing promotion
Coordinate local execution of product national project
Regional product integration and planning
regional marketing analyze and management
aligned with sale team, implement and follow up the planning of regional marketing
Manage regional marketing activity expenses to align with the goal and strategy
in charge of symposia, expand company and product brands
assist with the production training for the new RP

Marketing supervision
supervise and feed back RP's promotion activity

data accuracy (purchase, sale and stock)

Qualifications
任职要求：
*内部应聘者需在辉瑞工作满2年，近4季度100%达成公司的指标，或单季度大于90%。高级代表或云帆项目代表优先考虑（需获得DM和RM或上两级经理的书面批准）。
*外部应聘者需2年或以上销售管理工作经验。
*有医药零售或快速消费品行业trade marketing工作经验优先。
*能够适应经常性出差
*优秀的沟通和协调能力；出色数据分析和会议组织能力。
*良好的中英文表达、写作能力和电脑操作技能。


Qualifications required：
For intern employee, at least 2 years working experience in Pfizer (100% achievement in the nearly 4 quarters or greater than 90% for each quarter). Sr. RP and Yunfan project RP preferred (Approval by either MIC District Manager & MIC Regional Manager or next two level leaders via email).
For external, at least 2 years sales management working experience.
-Trade marketing experience in Pharmaceutical retail or FMCG industry preferred.
-sales management working experience or trade marketing experience preferred
Adapt to frequent business trips
excellent communication and coordination skill ; excellent data analysis and meeting organizational capacity.
Good English skill (expression and writing) and computer skill.
