职位描述
工作职责：
1. 高质量完成0-7岁儿童的健身、音乐、艺术、舞蹈、厨艺等早教课程的授课；
2. 组织管理教学团队按照品牌专业教案的教学要求进行授课，监督标准化教案执行；
3. 按照总部的教学与培训要求对教学团队进行持续的教学培训指导与教练；
4. 负责教学团队的课程评估与教师升级评估；
5. 负责教学团队的日常排课与排班管理，以及其他团队行政事务管理；
6. 组织管理教学团队给家长和孩子提供专业的成长指导与及时的引导沟通；
7. 维护和管理各类专业教学设备，保持与总部的持续沟通与反馈，及时解决教学问题；
8. 组织教学团队积极协助参与中心活动的相关工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，具有早教行业经验两年以上，并能合格通过本品牌专业化培训；
2. 性格开朗，积极热情，喜欢孩子，热爱教育事业；
3. 良好的沟通和语言表达能力，英文CET4/6以上，优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力；
4. 身体健康，具有良好的抗压能力、自我推动力和散发正能量；
5. 为人正直，具有优秀的职业素养，和优秀的团队管理能力，善于组织协调；
6. 具有丰富的儿童教育知识与工作经验积累。
Responsibilities：
1. Teaching gym, music, art, dance, cooking or other courses for children in 0-7 years old;
2. Lead the instructor team to following the professional teaching requirements from brand;
3. Training and coaching the instructor team with NYC professional program;
4. Executive the course evaluation and the instructor upgrade evaluation system;
5. Responsible for the daily team management;
6. Supplying parents and children the professional guidance of growth and communication;
7. Responsible for the communication and feedback to headquarter to solve teaching issues;
8. Lead the instructor team to give assistance to the related marketing activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with 2 years’experience, and able to certified by headquarter;
2. Bright and cheerful, love children, love educational enterprise;
3. CET4 or above, fluent speaking and written English;
4. Good communication and expression skills, healthy, professional and team cooperation;
5. Rich early child education experience and knowledge.
