What is the motivation and business needs for this request?

It is a critical role for HR function, the position will be responsible for rewarding management, including reward plan management, salary and job evaluation management, mission and performance process, HR policies and compliance management, and HR digitalization projects, such as portrait program, people management dash board project...etc.

We have about 1100 employees, with 7 regular headcount in HR team, it is important to keep the ratio to ensure decent level HR support.


The Role

  • Research on employee motivates and needs, identify trends and design
    a pay philosophy with personalized offers to address the needs of
    multi-generation workforce.
  • Design the pay structure, benefit packages & reward programs
    which are aligned with company strategy and goals.
  • Ensure the HR policies, practices are complied with relevant
    legislation.
  • Ensure the governance structure is in place, we follow The Way We Do
    Thing.
  • Follow the market development, ensure we have the right market
    benchmark, we learn from market best practices and we are clear on our
    market positioning.
  • Lead the annual salary review and performance goal setting/review
    processes.
  • Together with business leaders and HR business partners review the
    job design and position evaluation.
  • Define our reward communication strategy, help our employees and
    managers easy to find transparent information on our reward practices.
  • Follow up with employee engagement in relation to performance,
    evaluate the reward practices effectiveness, and drive a strong
    performance culture.
  • Lead a team of HR digitalization, define what data, and how to track,
    report. Develop people management dashboard for business leaders with
    analyzed data to support business decision-making process.
  • Join the business leaders in recruitment, talent reviews, performance
    management…etc. as HR business partner of the business unit.


What we expect of you?

You are passionate about creating a reward strategy, design for best employee experience, able to ideate, innovate and shape strategy balanced with the discipline to execute project plans with excellence.

You are a natural resourceful collaborator. We believe you have managed cross-functional business processes, experienced in change management projects will be a plus.

You are coming from compensation and benefit community, where organization psychology and data analyzing are critical to the success of the role. 5+ years of reward strategy and practices related working experience. You have rich experience in implementing rewards projects. Understanding of practices, methods and technologies in position design, job evaluation and pay structure design.

You have excellent communication skills in English.

You will ideally have a university degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field.
