Job description

1. Territory Management and implementation of management market strategy
区域管理及市场战略实施

-Further develop our existing indirect sales channels
-进一步对现有的非直销渠道进行开发
- To lead sales team to approach new distributors/re-sellers and potential OEM, listen to and identify customers’ needs, and provide them optimized solution and support
-带领销售团队开发新的经销商、代理商以及有潜力的代工厂商,了解发现客户需求并未客户提供最优化的解决方案和支持。
- To carry out market investigation and provide relevant market information to the Shenyang CR management to establish price policy and market share.
进行市场研究并提供相关的市场信息,以便为CR管理团队确立沈阳的价格策略并在获得市场份额。
- To keep good relationships with customers and distributors/re-sellers.
与客户、分销商和代理商保持良好的关系。
- To look through and confirm the contract and decide the price and payment condition of products within the authorized limits.
在职责范围内审查合同并确定价格以及产品的交付条件等。
- Seek for sales growth keeping good control of costs development
实现销售业务增长并保持好费用控制。
- Safeguard that Distributors/re-sellers and customer will respect the terms of future sales contracts.
确保代理商/经销商和客户履行将达成的合同条款。

2. Sales team development & people management
销售团队发展和人员管理

- To further develop and strongly support and motivate the Shenyang Construction Technique Sales team in China
进一步发展并大力支持和激励沈阳建筑技术销售团队。
- To define and optimize continuously the number and geographical spread of direct and indirect sales force.
明确并持续优化直销和间销人员数量和所辖区域。
- Interpretation & implementation of company’s policy truly and quickly to sales people.
能够准确并迅速地向销售团队阐述并实施公司策略。
- To train, coach and boost sales people’s competence in both technical and commercial aspects.
培训、辅导并促进销售人员在技术和商务方面的能力。
- Co-ordination with Marketing & Aftermarket team
与市场和售后团队协调一致
- To interact with aftermarket team to provide best solutions after sales service to customers and distributors/re-sellers.
协助售后团队为客户和代理商/经销商提供最好的售后服务解决方案。
- To provide feedbacks on products quality, product trends and competitors development to Shenyang’s Marketing and Management.
为沈阳的市场和管理团队提供关于产品质量,产品趋势以及竞争对手发展方面的反馈。

Mission

-Implement the sales and marketing actions in China to maximize customer satisfaction.
-在中国区域内实施销售和市场方针,最大程度提高客户满意度。
-Promote the entire Shenyang CR products portfolio in the Chinese construction machinery market.
-提升整体沈阳品牌产品在中国建筑机械市场的占有率。
-Further develop our market presence to sustain our profitable growth.
-进一步开发现有市场实现利润的可持续增长。

Experience requirements

-A proven track records in sales with a minimum 5 years’ experience in sales in Construction Machinery Company, of which 2-3 years’ experience in portable compressors and/or Hydraulic Attachments industry.
-在相关的建筑机械行业有至少5年的销售工作经历,其中至少2-3年是在移动压缩机或液压辅助工具产品方面的销售经历。
-Experience in indirect sales channel management
-有销售渠道管理方面的间接销售经验。

Knowledge
-Strong network in Construction Machinery market in China
-在中国的建筑机械市场具有广泛的人际关系网
-Fluent in Mandarin, English skill would be a strong plus.
-普通话流利,英语流利会优先考虑

Educational requirements
-University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
-大学或以上学历,主修机械工程或相关专业。

-Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills.
