Mission:

- 有效地对组织内外资源提供破碎锤产品技术及市场支持，支持售后服务业务持续发展

- Efficiency providing CTO Technical & aftermarket marketing supporting, for both internal & external customers, supporting CTO aftermarket business growth.



Responsibility:

– 系统化产品质量管理: 收集, 反馈, 跟进, 质保分析及跟进 Product quality management: quality issues collection, feedback, follow up; warranty analysis and follow up

– 系统化管理产品培训, 协同生产厂工程部门和服务部门准备相应培训材料, 组织实施相应的产品培训 Product training, development of training material in collaboration with product company and CRS division

– 系统化进行售后服务产品开发, 包括现场测试, 功能测试, 参与相应的推广项目 Supporting Aftermarket marketing team for AM product development, such as responsible for field test, joining the function test, be involved in the projects

– 系统化协助区域界定并解决疑难问题 Address critical technical problems reported by field and drive for quick solutions.

– 系统化产品技术信息的更新和系统化管理 Support technical documentation to update instructions, service schedules and part books.

– 系统化建立区域分享平台并有效使用 Sharing product technical information among regions

– 服务团队包括代理商服务队伍技术能力发展管理 Supporting to Operation team to improve Service technical competence for both CRS service engineers and dealers service organization.

Requirement:

- 熟悉CTO产品 Familiar to Construction Tools products, both theory and field experience

- 较强的英语读写能力 Good English in both spoken and written.

- 沟通能力 Strong interpersonal communication.
