Mission:
- To implement company credit policy and achieve credit work in responsible area.

Job description:
- Report to Credit Control team leader and perform the daily works in credit department.
- Ensure all bank remittances & bank acceptance drafts are correct and effective.
- Update bank remittances & bank acceptance drafts in customer accounts, reconcile and clear customer accounts (AR sub-ledger) in an accurate and efficient way.
- Prepare monthly advance payment list and inform all related colleagues to reconcile in customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly receivable overdue list by area and contact the each Branch/Liaison Office's colleagues to check the overdue list.
- Chase big overdue customer accounts regularly and monitor Accounts Receivable to ensure prompt payment from customers.
- Prepare reminding letters and implement overdue reminder procedures.
- Maintain the blocked customers list and control credit records.
- Recommend legal actions and write-off items after checking overdue receivables with Liason Offices.
- Implement quality objectives assigned by the manager.
- Has the responsibility to continuously assess the SHEQ aspects of our operations, processes and service.

Job Requirements:
- Two years accounting experience, preferably with experience in credit department.
- University/college graduate. (Accounting, Finance)
- Well-versed in MS Words, Excel, Power point, and experience with Scala system is plus.
- Literate with the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong credit/financial analysis and collection skill.
- Credit and collection related training.
