Job description
To develop the Oil & Gas business for OFA, a new role of Key Accounts Manager Oil & Gas has been created

Mission
To ensure that the OFA meets its business goals in terms of Oil & Gas sales, growth, market share and profitability.

Primary responsibilities
-Develop and drive the implementation of business plans to grow the sales of OFA air and gas compression within the Oil and Gas segment
-Map the complete Oil and Gas market including the major oil companies and their various divisions that deal with upstream oil and gas exploration, midstream gas transportation and downstream refineries and petrochemicals. Also map the consultants, EPC contractors, NGV gas distribution companies relevant to the Oil & Gas segment
-Understand the buying processes for this segment and decide on the direct and distribution channels
-Develop and maintain a close relationship with all Oil & Gas end customers, consultants and contractors through assigned direct or distributor channels to ensure that they are satisfied with the products and services offered by the OFA division
-Influence specifications to suit our products by working very closely with the client, design institutes and engineering companies
-Be responsible for the registration of all our products with the Oil & Gas customers, contracting and engineering companies to ensure that we quote on all inquiries related to our products as approved vendors
-Be responsible to sell and oversee solutions offered and executed by OFA from the feed stage to the handover of the projects. This includes tendering and contract negotiations from the technical and commercial point of view
-Ensure that the consultants and end-customers receive and utilize up to date specifications and standards related to our products
-Maintain a full record of all installations of compressed air and gas systems in the Oil & Gas sector. Keep track of competitor activities including products offered, pricing, market activities and market share.
-Understand the market requirements for the products .Monitor and record key industry trends that can impact the development of the product lines. Give inputs to the product company so that relevant products for the Oil & Gas market are developed.

Experience requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in dealing with the Oil & Gas segment
- Minimum 5 years experience in selling engineered solutions.

Knowledge and competences.
-Strong technical and engineering background.
-Preferably existing knowledge of OFA product ranges and applications related to the Oil & Gas industry, including air compressors, boosters, nitrogen generators and air and gas purification systems.
-Good knowledge of Oil & Gas industry standards and legal and technical requirements.
-Familiarity with API/ISO and other local standards related to the Oil & Gas industry Good command (verbal and written) of Chinese and English.
-Good presentation skills
-Must be proficient in using Lotus Notes and MS Office
-Willingness to travel within his/her territory on a regular basis to ensure complete territory coverage.

Educational requirements
University Degree - technically oriented.
