岗位职责：
1、工作计划的制定与实施
负责制定整个部门的月/季/年度工作计
2、终端HR SOP的建立、执行与完善
为了确保公司终端人事动作的规范，使终端的人事工作符合总部规范，组织编制人事管理相关制度及流程，监督终端执行情况，在推行过程中持续优化终端人力资源管理操作程序（HR SOP）。

3、人才建设与培养
为了支持品牌快速发展，确保店铺正常的销售工作，制定合理店铺人员编制。使用各种人才招聘及挖猎渠道，引进员工职业发展规划和企业文化的宣导，加强各方面人才储备，以确保人才数量的相符性和能力的匹配性。

4、人力成本预算控制
为控制品牌人力成本，有效调节和掌握终端人力成本，组织制定人力成本预算。严格按照预算监督管理终端薪酬标准执行情况，确保人力成本在预算范围内。
5、人力资源团队管理
负责部门员工的分工和组织工作，控制、审核部门的预算和费用情况。调配部门内部人力资源，对部门员工进行考核和业务指导，以提升人力资源管理团队职业技能、素养与业务品质，以确保人力资源工作准确、有效开展。
6、上级交办的其它任务


任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或管理类相关专业；
2、熟悉HR各大模块，并精通其中两个以上模块，熟悉国家、地区相关劳动HR政策及法律法规；
3、至少3年以上人力资源管理工作经验
4、具全国性零售企业人力资源运营管理经验
5、英语CET-6级及以上，英语听说读写熟练（硬性要求）

Anzheng Fashion Group is a large and modern business focusing on R&D, production and brand management of garment. With consistent internationalized brand management, the group has been developed into a reputed fashion group with multiple brands and uniform operation.
Five brands, including JZ, IMM, ANZHENG, MOISSAC and FIONACHEN, have been developed by the group with approx. 900 brand stores and shops operated throughout the country.
