Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Admin Support
1. To take full responsibility in assisting the Head of MAKA in her activities: travel arrangement; expanse claim, etc
2. Key events support and facilitate: logistics, agenda, minutes and following actions
3. Support executives’ visits on logistics.
4. Manage MA office seats, facilities, stationary and meeting rooms
？ Team Operation and Excellence
1. Support HRBP on related logistics on associates’ boarding & exit; Training Reports; Org.Chart & Contact List Update.
2. Support BPA on team budget and expenses management including Report expenses and POA tracking etc.
3. Act as team TMOD coordinator including prioritized capacity trainings, on boarding training,etc
？ Compliance and Culture Enhancement
1. Support on Compliance including MA project quality management; Facilitate and monitor team on compliance training etc.
2. Support on Culture enhancement including team celebration; award;
3. As contact person of Pharma Labor Union in Beijing to support related activities

Desirable Requirements: 
? Bachelor or above degree
? Previous experience minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in either a business or administration role
? Experience of working in MNC organization, mature, independent, self-motivated and detail oriented
? Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and good team spirit
? Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
? Handling information in a confidential manner
? Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a well- organized and efficient way
? Experience in managing diaries, MS Office
? Reasonable understanding of business across segments and functions
