职位描述

Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Main responsible area: South of China market ; 主要负责区域: 南区
2. Actively develop and optimize distributors’ network to support company’s ambitious business growth in territory. Responsible for distributor selection, development, assessment, and performance review in consensus with sales & marketing organizations; 积极开发和优化经销商网络,支持公司在境内的业务增长。负责经销商的选择、发展和评估,负责与销售及市场营销组织协商绩效评估;
3. Participate and contribute for commercial policies including but not limited to products price structure, hospital tender bidding price, distributor rebate scheme, etc.; 参与商业政策制订(包括但不仅限于产品价格结构、医院投标招标报价、经销商退税计划等);
4. Responsible for timely collection of in market sales data and sales forecast or other data accuracy; 负责及时的收集市场销售数据,确保销售预测和其他数据的准确性;
5. Regularly review distributor payment terms and timely A/R collection, and take initiative actions on any potential credit risk; 定期审核经销商付款条约,及时向经销商收取待收款,并对任何潜在的信用风险主动采取行动;
6. Monitor and optimize inventory level at distributors with full transparency. 监控和优化经销商的库存水平,并保证充分的透明度。


Qualifications 职位要求:
1. University degree or above, preferred from health care related majors or economics; 本科以上学历,医疗相关专业或经济学专业优先;
2. At least 7 years working experience in MNC in China pharmaceutical industry. 至少7年在中国医药的跨国企业工作经验;
3. Minimum 2years experience on commercial management, hands-on experience and proven success in distributor development and management; Sales experience plus;至少2年以上的商业管理经验和实际操作经验,有经销商开发和管理方面的成功经验; 有销售经验优先考虑;
4. More than 2years experience on team management; 至少2年以上团队管理经验;
5. Highly committed and accountable, have excellent interpersonal and negotiable skills; 高度敬业,高度责任感,有优秀的人际关系和谈判技能;
6. Willing to travel frequently. Self-motivated, and with wining spirit; 能适应频繁出差,自我激励,有取胜精神;
7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese. 优秀的中文书写和口头沟通能力。
8. Good communication skill and influence skill. 较强的内外沟通能力。
