岗位职责：

 Key Accountabilities:

1,Candidate must be able to assume lead technical role in a Healthcare environment for go live implementations, installations and upgrades as it related to the company’s software applications and their functionalities.

2,Provides pre-sales consulting information for company’s software applications and implementation for Sales Team and all end-user groups prior to order submission and order is placed.

3,Responsible for escalated customer application and networking calls on all IT Werfen products.

4,Acts as a first level of support for issues and projects involving company’s software applications.

5,Identify and resolve issues affecting customer′s network working closely with the hospital′s IT department

6,Troubleshooting issues, making configuration changes related to customer’s intended or requested workflow, and reviewing application logs before escalating issue onto WW International support are among the main responsibilities of the position.

7,Available for travel to customer locations to troubleshoot issues related to IT Werfen products.

8,Available for travel to customer locations to provide consultative services for end-users relative to functionality of company’s applications software, necessary IT requirements for adequate system performance, as well as what the implementation process requires.

9,Complies with all ISO 9000 mandated policies, procedures, instructions and records.

10,Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Connectivity and Software Support Manager.

Skills & Capabilities:

1,Degree in Information Technology equivalent to and or Health Care discipline, with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience, or equivalent.

2,Good knowledge of administration and maintenance of servers and workstations in both, hardware and software areasGood Knowledge of WindowsGood knowledge on networking (wiring, HUB, Switch, DNS//DHCP, firewall solutions, network diagnostics...)Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queriesKnowledge of ASTM and HL7 communication protocolsKnowledge of Linux would be a plusKnowledge of automation lines in laboratory environments would be a plus

3,Other, additional Skills & Capabilities:

4,The candidate must be available to travel throughout the territory as needed

5,Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)

6,Be self-motivated, take initiative and be willing to lead technical presentations and discussions with end-users

7,Proven customer-orientated background and able to work in a fast-paced environment
