职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coordinate and participate in cost reduction and new product development project together with relevant functions.
2.Responsible for continuing programs of sourcing new materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity and delivery.
3. Lead negotiation with suppliers for long-term agreements, with a focus of cost effectiveness, quality and delivery good performance and high cooperative willingness, integrated of Emerson and Fisher contract frame.
4. Maintain relationship with suppliers while providing training and feedback on performance measurements; develop strategy and manage action for suppliers' continuous improvement.
5. Tracks and forecasts material inflation by commodity, keeping abreast of developments within supplier's company and industry which might affect price, delivery, or quality and Maintain effective cost containment plan
6. Responsible for contract administration and negotiations for assigned commodities.
7. Partners with tactical purchasing team to assure that strategic goals are implemented without disrupting manufacturing material availability.
8. Any other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
?Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Metallurgic/Manufacturing Engineering.
?At least 10 years products experience of Die Casting, Sand Casting, Investment Castings and Machining. Design or product engineering background preferred
?Excellent negotiation and project management skill.
?Assertive, aggressive and confident
?Good command of English(written/oral) and PC.
