    As Application Specialist, you work with our Compressed Air solutions for Oil&Gas segment. You will be a part of our Marketing team and most of the time work at customer site together with Sales Force. You will be an important team member in potential or ongoing biding projects. Tasks will be e.g.: process analysis, training, configuration, sales demonstrations, troubleshooting and customer support. 

    

    

   Its your role to provide the appropriate direct support for complex technical opportunities and challenges for direct and indirect customers. You gain proactively new approvals and customers in close collaboration with the sales team based on the segment strategy.

    

    

Key responsibilities:

1. Delivery professional technical support to all Oil&Gas customers/design institutes and developing and implementing key account customer Strategies.
2. Build and manage the relationship with segment key accounts.
3. To convert pre-selected product prospects into buying customers
4. Provide technical input for market analysis and strategy development to identify additional prospects
5. Give technical input to the marketing communications material being developed to support the new product portfolio and segments
6. Prepare and present speeches and input to industry events and seminars
7. Manage various and diverse stakeholders in a virtual environment on a One team basis working seamlessly with Sales and Marketing.
8. Build and manage strong relationships with key technical contacts at the customer/prospect side.
9. Ensure alignment with National project team and procedures.
10. As this role has geographical coverage, around 50% of travel is involved (China).

                                            

    

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor/Master degree in a technical discipline preferable Petro, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
2. 3 years B2B sales / marketing / technical experience
3. Strong technical acumen and the ability to match commercial and technical requirements
4. Good communication skills in English
5. Having experience of the Oil&Gas industry with knowledge of the Base Oil / Process Oil, Refining is preferred.
