主要职责：
1.工作计划的制定与实施
负责制定所辖区域内的月/季/年度工作计划,安排跟进监督各岗位的工作计划,以确保各岗位工作按照计划落实与执行到位。
2.终端HR SOP及人力资源管理制度的执行与完善
为了确保公司终端人事动作的规范，使终端的人事工作符合总部规范，严格依据人事管理相关制度及流程，监督终端执行情况，在推行过程中持续优化终端人力资源管理操作程序（HR SOP）及人力资源管理制度。
3.区域内人员薪酬福利、绩效考评实施及数据分析
为了确保区域内员工薪资准确及时发放，依据SOP收集终端薪资参数进行薪酬核算、审核、分析及社保缴纳等，在日常工作中定期进行外部薪资调研及并予以反馈，为薪酬方案的优化提供可靠依据；
依据SOP进行终端员工绩效评估、审核为薪酬管理、晋降级管理、终端员工工作状况改善提供依据，以提升终端员工工作效率及质量。
4.区域内人员招聘、选拔、录用及员工关系管理
运用科学的人才测评方法进行人员招聘筛选，在执行过程中持续开拓、维护、优化招聘渠道以提高招聘效率降低招聘成本；
为了确保员工档案的完整性及用工的合法性，定期核查终端员工信息、劳动合同的签订、变更、解除、终止、续签及收集等工作，建立有效可行沟通机制及时了解员工的思想动态，对潜在或已存在的劳资纠纷进行协调处理，以提升员工敬业度。
5.人才建设与培养
为了支持品牌快速发展，确保终端正常的运营工作，制定合理终端人员编制。使用各种人才招聘挖猎渠道，引进员工职业发展规划和企业文化的宣导，加强各方面人才储备，以确保人才数量的相符性和能力的匹配性。
6.人力资源团队管理
负责区域人资团队员工的管理，对部门员工进行考核、业务指导及培训等，以提升人力资源管理团队职业技能、素养与业务品质，以确保人力资源工作准确、有效开展，在执行过程中，对人力资源工作中存在的问题、意见予以反馈，并定期与其他区域进行分享与借鉴，以提升团队管理。
7.上级交办的其它任务。


任职要求：
1.大学专科及以上学历，人力资源管理或管理类相关专业优先
2.熟悉HR各大模块，并精通其中两个以上模块
3.熟悉国家、地区相关劳动HR政策及法律法规
4.5年以上工作经验，其中2年以上人力资源管理工作经验
5.具全国性零售企业人力资源运营管理经验

Anzheng Fashion Group is a large and modern business focusing on R&D, production and brand management of garment. With consistent internationalized brand management, the group has been developed into a reputed fashion group with multiple brands and uniform operation.
Five brands, including JZ, IMM, ANZHENG, MOISSAC and FIONACHEN, have been developed by the group with approx. 900 brand stores and shops operated throughout the country.
