Job Summary

The position manages the local HR systems and E-processes to support on the system development and maintenance, and support on HR processes optimization and management.

                                             

Responsibilities:

 

1. Evaluate local HRIS system and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands;

2. Manage the local HR system projects and responsible for quality implementation and delivery;

3. Act as HRIS administrator to provide routine maintenance support on HR management system;

4. Maintain system and process documentation.

5. Support on C&B and HR Operations activities as per request.

    

   Qualifications:

    

1. Minimum experience of 3-5 years in HRIS;

2. Strong vendor management and communication skills;

3. Experience with Workday and other HRIS System is preferred; IT background is preferred;

4. Knowledge of HR process improvement, business process and system quality control methods is a plus;

5. A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers, Self-motivated, Results-oriented, Positive attitude, Pursue excellence;

6. Good verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese and English;
