Position Summary: (1-2 sentences)
The position will support HR manager in participating in developing HR goals, objectives, and systems. Providing HR daily support to the assigned business units and/or groups. Implementing and following through the overall HR strategies, targets and activity plans in full spectrum of human resource. Support the HR manager to complete the routine HR tasks in compliance with agreed HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)
-Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding HR policy and HR projects to ensure smooth implementation of them
-Ensure quick response to business units in HR related issues including recruiting, organization change, Compensation, training, cross-functional transfer, etc
as a proactive strategic partner, understanding talent needs of the business, e.g. succession planning, leadership development program, etc.
-On-site supporting assigned business units and/or groups on HR sub-project planning, staffing planning, Compensation training planning, recruiting planning, and implementation of them
establishing and maintaining cooperation with local recruiting channels
acting as a consultant in HR related laws & regulations
problem solving & risk management in project
linking corporate and region
-Assist HR manager and TA team to establish external recruitment and internal recruitment process. Resources market investigation & resources analyses, as well as turnover analysis
-Employer Branding: work with TA team to promote company and/or BU branding, including internship program, Campus Recruiting program in collaboration with top universities & Corporate Social Responsibility Consulting Program etc.
-Coordinate, communicate and follow ups on annual Employee Involvement Survey results
-Communicates with employees at all levels, delivers and explains company policies, and strengthens communications with department managers to create an open, cooperative atmosphere.
-Advises and conducts appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
-Analyzes, maintains and communicates of HR records required by top management, law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
-Maintains or updates company organization charts and job descriptions as necessary
prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.
-Be responsible for the implementing of the performance management system
-Generate various HR reports and conduct HR data analysis
-Seeking continuous improvement on HR practices and operation
-Participant in regional/Local HR projects
-Supporting other functions & projects of Human Resources.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
-Bachelor Degree in related majors
-At least 1 years’ experience in a functional and/or generalist human resources role. Experience in multinational manufacturing environment is a must.
-Has a solid business focus, works with business unit management as a business partner
-Be capable and willing to work on day-to-day operational issues as well as the sense of human resources strategic activities.
-Fluency in both English and Mandarin language skills (both oral and written).Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities
-Strong team and inter-personnel skills
