职位描述
岗位职责：
1、建立绩效考核体系
根据公司战略规划（十五年/十年/五年）和战略目标，建立绩效考核体系（含绩效管理制度、晋升制度及相关流程和配套表单），确保公司战略目标得到有效的分解和落实，并帮助企业发掘优秀人才。
2、建立绩效指标库并定期更新维护
根据公司组织架构和业务流程，制定各级部门及岗位的指标库，明确各级指标设置目的、指标名称、定义、计算公式及数据来源，并根据组织架构的变化和业务流程的调整而对指标库内容进行适时更新，以确保考核内容的真实性和有效性。
3、收集、分析考核数据并制作分析报告
根据考核指标要求和业务流程规定，对考核数据来源进行界定，并确认所提供数据的名称、类型、周期等；定期收集考核数据，核实数据的真实性和有效性，整理和分析数据，制作数据分析报告，发现绩效问题点，寻找改善措施，以确保考核推动、改善绩效的作用，帮助组织达成目标。
4、试用期转正考核、晋升考核与述职
根据公司战略发展以及人力资源体系建设要求，每月定期对试用期人员进行转正评定，并对公司正式员工进行晋升考评以及管理人员的述职考评（半年度），以确保公司人力资源得到优化，推动公司进一步发展。
5、绩效体系培训、监督并推动实施
定期进行绩效相关内容的全员培训，帮助各部门管理人员强化绩效意识，帮助员工理解考核制度的目的及其意义；定期监督各部门绩效实施情况（指标制定、分解、数据收集、绩效面谈等），及时发现并解决绩效实施过程中的难点从而推动绩效制度在全公司范围内的执行，建立以绩效为导向的工作氛围。
任职要求：
教育水平及专业：
大学本科及以上学历
专业技能要求：
1.熟悉人力资源管理六大模块，熟练掌握绩效管理工具及相关方法；
2.精通相关人事管理制度和政策；
3.熟悉服装企业主要的业务流程；
4.对数据敏感，能够对数据进行整合、分析；
5.熟练应用EXCEL、PPT等工具进行图表绘制。

Anzheng Fashion Group is a large and modern business focusing on R&D, production and brand management of garment. With consistent internationalized brand management, the group has been developed into a reputed fashion group with multiple brands and uniform operation.
Five brands, including JZ, IMM, ANZHENG, MOISSAC and FIONACHEN, have been developed by the group with approx. 900 brand stores and shops operated throughout the country. The project will be developed into an integrated industrial park combining platform management, R&D, warehousing, logistics and production of garment after its completion.
