1、 负责零售加盟体系的运营管理，整体把控加盟业务拓展、商品运作、销售运作、客户服务，并向加盟商推动执行公司各项要求的指令；

2、 制定财年销售预算及月、季、年计划的实施，对回款率、利润率、库存率、旧货消化各项指标的达成负责，带领团队完成销售目标；

3、 结合行业发展与公司战略，负责对全国市场布局及拓展规划，制定可行的拓展计划；

4、 结合行业调研及公司战略，制定可行的加盟政策；

5、 带领团队，开拓、维护加盟客户，完成公司拓展指标；

6、 建立并制定提升单店营业额的系统性方法，指导/带领加盟团队通过系统性的方法和服务来帮助加盟商实现营运业绩目标；

7、 制定并完善加盟业务操作流程和相关制度，并全面负责流程的规范化运作并建立培训体系，将营运操作流程及制度在各家门店加以培训推广；

8、 协助客户作好商场营运的关系维护，客情、合作单位的关系维护，具备较强的客户管理能力、公关能力。

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上中高端时装加盟体系运营管理经验；

2、具备良好的组织能力、团队管理能力、市场洞察力及出色的沟通与谈判能力；

3、有较强的市场开发推广经验，具有敏锐的商业和市场意识，有较强分析问题及解决问题的能力，具有良好的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；

4、具备独特的加盟直营化的终端管理能力；

5、精通国内中高端女装，熟悉服装直营加盟的经营模式并具备丰富的实际操作经验及拥有良好的渠道开发能力、优质的客户资源。

Anzheng Fashion Group is a large and modern business focusing on R&D, production and brand management of garment. With consistent internationalized brand management, the group has been developed into a reputed fashion group with multiple brands and uniform operation.
Five brands, including JZ, IMM, ANZHENG, MOISSAC and FIONACHEN, have been developed by the group with approx. 900 brand stores and shops operated throughout the country. The project will be developed into an integrated industrial park combining platform management, R&D, warehousing, logistics and production of garment after its completion.
