工作职责：

1.负责市场人员团队的管理以及中心各项市场活动及品牌推广的统筹工作；

2.负责与中心周边商场及社区达成合作意向。合理进行中心市场活动的资源分配、人员调度和组织安排；

3.负责策划会员活动并组织执行监控过程，为会员提供良好的增值服务体验；

4.负责持续跟进各项市场活动效果并总结反馈，及时改进调整；

5.负责跟进督促市场例子和潜在客户的信息搜集，及***团队监控，对市场活动进行费用产出成本控制；

6.负责开发促成与婴幼儿相关的多渠道异业合作推动，积极开发与维护客户资源并合理利用；

7.负责管理维护中心微博、微信的更新发布及其它新媒体等渠道推广工作。

8.负责与总部市场及品牌方案的上传下达与各项工作沟通，维护品牌宣传推广的一致性和准确性。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，市场营销及相关专业；

2.早教行业相关工作经验2年以上，有丰富的婴幼儿行业资源优先；

3.具备良好的品牌及营销策划能力，优秀的客户开发与商务谈判能力；

4.具有良好的沟通表达及协调能力，突出的执行能力；

5.具有较强的规划、分析能力和创新意识，及较强的数据敏感性；

6.抗压能力强，有杰出的团队管理能力，工作主动，敢于接受挑战，善于利用合理资源配置。

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise marketing specialists, take the lead in marketing job and spreading brand;

2. Negotiate with shopping mall and community around the center and reach cooperation;

3. Plan, organize and promote related marketing activities, team training and management;

4. Keeping the marketing plan following under control, and adjust in-time when need;

5. Actively cooperate with infants and babies brand or company, develop marketing resources;

6. Take charge of internet, micro-blog and micro-message of sub-center to follow with brand.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor degree or above ,market or other relevant major;

2. At least 2 years ’experiences in early children education industry;

3. Excellent ability in marketing, brand spreading and customer development;

4. Good communication and executive;

5. Strong sense of overall planning ability, creation ability, and analysis sensible with data;

6. Able to work under stress, excellent ability in team management and self-drive hardworking;

7. Rich resources of infants and babies enterprise is preferred;

8. Rich experience in the spread of New Media and Offline promotion.
