For Sales Force Effectiveness Team

Responsibilities:

1. 负责招标信息汇总，为个省市招标提供资料、盖章等支持工作；

2. 负责医院议价状态每天更新报告；

3. 组织、邀请和筹备内外部相关会议，记录和跟踪会议纪要，月度招标会议等

4. 负责团队成员日常报销汇总、审核等其他事务工作；

5. 负责商务合同的跟踪，邮寄，收发，盖章，签字。

   Qualifications:

1. 全日制本科以上学历；

2. 1-2年相关工作经验，医疗行业优先；

3. 熟练使用MS office（word, excel, PowerPoint）,etc.

4. 英文听说读写熟练

5. 工作积极主动、仔细认真。
