What You’ll Be Doing It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:

？ 在系统内准确完成开票工单的操作，保证备件库存销账及开票的及时性；

Process billable orders in systems correctly to ensure spare parts are consumed and invoices are provided to customers in a timely manner；

？ 管理、监督技术服务协议的签署及审批，在系统内及时更新合同条款，协助工程师完成协议的签署；

Monitor approval and signatory process of service agreements，update agreement terms in system properly and assist field technicians in entire process；

？ 改进和维护技术服务运营流程， 完成与运营相关的质量体系工作，以满足公司质量要求及保证客户满意度；

Maintain and improve technical service operation process, complete operation-related QS works in order to meet company quality requirements and ensure customer satisfaction；

？ 维护备件库存信息，执行定期备件盘点工作；

Maintain spare parts inventory information and conduct physical cycle count regularly；

？ 与服务运营团队一起完成各类项目。

Cooperate with team members to implement projects.

任职资格

Do you have what takes to build a career here?

[Qualifications]

？ 有1年以上技术服务运营或库存管理工作经验；

1 years working experience in service operation team or inventory management (supply chain);

？ 有医疗设备行业工作经验者优先

Medical Device Industry working experience is preferred;

？ 有良好的合作、沟通技巧

Good collaborative outlook and communication skillset to ensure cross-functional;

？ 积极主动并保证及时性和正确率

Pro-active and attention to timeliness and accuracy;

？ 良好的英语听说读写能力

Good abilities of English listing, speaking, reading and writing;

？ 良好的办公软件应用能力

Good skills in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and other useful office applications.
