Position Title: Therapy Promotion project manager

Division: Acute

Report to: Director, Market Development, China Acute

Subordinates: 0

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement local therapy plans in line with central therapy strategy to enhance local therapy development and assist field sales team in each territory. Develop and manage local KOL partnership

Achieve/exceed brand targets & objectives:

1. Data analysis:

   Partner directly with leadership team, senior management, and business stakeholders for driving activities and execution in the following areas:

• Master Data and Information Management

• Data Utilization and Visualization (Reporting and Dashboard)

1. Therapy promotion execution

• Identify local therapy promotion opportunities, develop a customized plan and local tactics to develop local market, and execute central and local therapy campaigns

• Support sales teams to ensure effective execution of key elements of the therapy strategy

• Organize and execute the local therapy promotion activities and programs such as symposium, forums to enhance doctor-to-doctor communication

• Coordinate and engage field sales forces to align sales marketing initiatives to achieve territory sales targets.

• Prepare and execute product promotion expense budgets

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree with medical, pharmacy or health care related major;

2. At least 5＋ years experiences of product/service sales, channel sales in multinational healthcare company; experience in dialysis will be desirable;

3. A quick leaner; Solid business acumen, strategic thinking and mindset with proven track record of key account management, territory sales or channel sales in medical device or health care industry;

4. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication, leadership and influence skills

5. Good execution and project management skills;

6. Creative, initiative, flexible, independent and cooperative;
