Position Title: Sales Supervisor, ( 低压产品，工业行业)

岗位职责：

- 负责区域内低压业务工业行业的整机销售工作

- 有效执行销售计划和市场推广工作

- 开发并管理间销渠道

- 与客户保持良好沟通，维护好客户与公司间的关系

-分析和提供及时有效的市场信息，与市场部团队紧密合作共同开发好当地市场

职位要求：

- 本科以上学历，机械及环境工程类专业优先考虑。

- 五年以上相关机械设备（压缩机/鼓风机/泵、废水/废气/固废危废、石油/化工/发酵等行业应用领域）销售经验

- 基础的英文听书读写能力，能熟练操作电脑。

- 较强的沟通技巧和团队协作能力。

- 熟悉当地市场，并与设计院工程公司等相关机构有良好关系者优先考虑。

-需经常出差。

-办公地点：上海、广州、天津

Job description / Mission

? Be responsible for LP products sales and achieve the sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and team working.

? Approach and manage new prospects and distributors.

? Develop and enhance good working relationship with distributors and customers in the territory.

? Efficiently organize seminars by cooperation with distributor and customers to carry out promotion plan and business development.

？ Analyze and provide timely and accurate market information and share with the team for local strategy formulation.

Job Requirement:

? University degree or above, majored in mechanical or environmental engineering or equivalent.

? More than 5 years sales experience in compressor, blower, pumps, or other process equipment sales regarding waste water/waste gas/solid waste, oil & gas, chemical, fermentation, etc.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.

? Basic skill in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

? Good computer skills including Microsoft skills and Lotus Notes.

? Familiarity with the local market and design institute will be a plus.

? Willing to travel.

? Office location: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Tianjing
